Payment Terms for Bulk Supplements USA

Effective Date: January 13, 2025

These Payment Terms (“Agreement”) govern the use of payment services on www.bulksupplementsusa.com (“Site”) and apply to all purchases made through the Site. By placing an order and making a payment, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Payment Terms and acknowledge that they are governed by United States law.

Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

1. Payment Methods

Bulk Supplements USA accepts payments for products through Stripe, a secure and compliant third-party payment processor. You can pay using any valid, major credit or debit card, including but not limited to:

  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

We also accept other valid payment methods supported by Stripe.

Note: Bulk Supplements USA does not accept alternative payment methods, such as checks, money orders, bank transfers, or cash on delivery. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).

2. Payment Processing

By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize Bulk Supplements USA and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order, including taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees.

Payments are processed securely and encrypted in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). All payment information is securely transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

After your payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your order. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to receive this confirmation.

3. Authorization of Payments

When you provide payment information, you authorize Bulk Supplements USA to charge the payment method for the full amount of the order. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized cardholder for the payment method provided.
  • The payment method you are using is valid, and the funds are available to complete the transaction.
  • You have provided accurate billing information, including your name, billing address, and any other information necessary for payment authorization.

If there are any issues with processing your payment (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), Bulk Supplements USA will notify you, and your order will not be completed until the issue is resolved.

4. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order, but it does not indicate our acceptance of the order. Bulk Supplements USA reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its discretion, including if the payment information is fraudulent, inaccurate, or if the item is out of stock.

An order will only be considered accepted when it has been shipped, and a shipment confirmation email is sent to the customer.

5. Fraud Prevention and Security

Bulk Supplements USA takes customer security very seriously. To protect against fraud, we use industry-standard encryption and fraud detection tools to process transactions. If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order. In such cases, you may be required to provide additional information or documentation to verify your identity.

6. Taxes and Shipping Fees

The total cost of your order will include the price of the items purchased, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Sales tax is calculated based on the tax laws of the state to which the order is being shipped. Bulk Supplements USA complies with all applicable U.S. state and federal tax regulations.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will depend on the delivery method chosen and the destination.

7. Order Cancellation and Modifications

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will work to cancel the order, and you will receive a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you may need to return the items under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. If you are eligible for a refund based on the terms of our Return and Refund Policy, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you wish to dispute a payment or request a chargeback, please first contact Bulk Supplements USA to resolve the issue directly. If a chargeback is initiated without attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to $25 for administrative costs associated with the chargeback.

By accepting these Payment Terms, you agree to work with us to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bulk Supplements USA’s liability for any payment-related issue is limited to the total amount paid for the order. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the payment process.

11. Changes to Payment Terms

Bulk Supplements USA reserves the right to modify or amend these Payment Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” It is your responsibility to review these Payment Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12. Governing Law

These Payment Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By making a payment on our Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida, for the resolution of any disputes.
